Ribbed turtlenecks (yep, they’re coming back), slouchy trousers and cover-all maxi coats are crafted in gorgeous white, black, orangey-gold and a perfect shade of lavender. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s 26-years certainly project a highly advanced, sophisticated vision, with parkas, hoods and leggings kept things casual and contemporary. Downplayed, but not undervalued, this muted collection of luxury, elegance, and every day quite possibly defines why the twins recently won the Council of Fashion Designers of Aamerica’s Womenswear Designer of the Year Award.
