Gosh, the adidas Gazelle is such a cool sneaker! I’ve now owned two pairs in my lifetime, and in my opinion, they just look utterly sleek and sophisticated, all of the time. See here for how I styled them in late 2014, and above for some great color combinations. The brushed, gleaming suede makes them dressier than the average casual sneaker, and you know you’ve found a versatile shoe when it can hold its own in a color palette other than black.  Plus, the clean, sloping lines certainly keep them modern and timeless; which color is your favorite?

The It Accessory: The Insanely Oversized Bib Necklace

Slowly, I’ve been seeing a large, oversized, all-neck consuming style of necklaces that…feels so opulent and modern. I’m really loving the options found, and although they aren’t the most affordable of neck pieces, if you define “getting your money’s worth” based on the amount of you compliments you will receive, then I think it may be actually be a bargain! I’m really into the crystal versions, but take pleasure in the unique stones and darkened hues as well. The bib style has apparently been quietly plotting it’s comeback since the mid-2000s, and now, it has certainly arrived!

Sneak Peek: ARITZIA Spring 2015 Accessories Collection

It may not be spring in my closet for the next few months, but it certainly will be in mind, as I will be reminiscing about and looking forward to ARITZIA‘s spring 2015 offerings! I wanted to focus largely on the accessories, as I think you’ll be pleased with the variance in shape, size, and function of the bags, scarves, and belts that I saw, and like me, will be counting down their in-store arrival in several months.

Handbags for the spring are paired down but by now means banal; the versatility of the perfectly worked fine leather and opulent hues will open up an entire realm of possibility for casual and formal occasion use altogether.  The bucket bags are certainly my favorites, however it’s almost unfair to pick a top silhouette, as they all serve a stylish purpose.
