Custo Barcelona
Spring 2013 revealed a washed, eclectic palette complete with transparent fabric and loads of layers.
Carmen Marc Valvo
Elegant and gorgeous as ever, we were lovely every single piece that made its way down the runway, taking special note of the FABULOUS shoes, made by H.H. Brown footwear.
Carolina Herrera
With ever piece utterly magnificent and a true testament to the eponymous label, it certainly was hard to pick just one to represent the collection. As bejeweled clothing is a trend that will be HUGE come spring, I went with this light as air, belted confection trimmed in jewels at every available option.
Marimekko
Finnish printmaker Marimekko’s spring 2013 show was a hot ticket this season, and with reason: Pat Cleveland, Carol Alt, Carmen Dell’Orefice all took a surprise walk on the runway, proving you are only as old as you feel — and from the fashion perspective- prints look great on everybody, of all ages!
Farah Angsana
Inspired by a trip to Brazil, this was one of the most refined and exquisite collections from the designer to-date, in a rich color palette of blue, cream, and dazzling black.
Chris Benz
FPD was loving everything about Benz for spring 2013 – from the hair, makeup, and nails to the overall electric and colorful Japanese horror-movie inspired collection!
Elie Tahari
Tahari is all about various shades of blues and corals for springing, working them all into sports wear and work wear -appropriate silhouettes.
Rolando Santana
At the height of feminine details lay Santana’s spring collection, in a palette dominated by solids with some delicate micro prints worked in throughout.
