The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Starts Today (Thru August 5th)

According to my mom I was “born to shop,” so of course it’s only natural that I wait with baited breathe every year for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale to roll around! What makes this sale so extraordinary is not only the fact that it comes from one of the best departments stores out there, but also because it defies the meaning of the word ‘sale,’ which we normally equate to items that have been sitting in the store for a while and need to be moved off of the selling floor. Nordstrom is different in that it features brand-new arrivals from popular brands that are for a limited time, marked down, as well as featuring items created specifically for the big sale event.

Among the abundance of fashion and beauty looks experiencing a revival from the 90s and early 2000s are wide leg bottoms, and more specifically, flare and bell bottom styles.
