The Collection’s Signature, Standout Look: Known for her stark asymmetry and clean lines, Sally LaPointe’s collections are strongly reminiscent of the Soho look, lightened this season with florals, ruffles and voluminous minis. Each model was accessorized with pointed toe heels and waist-length black or blonde wigs, echoing the geometric construction of the garments that effortlessly tied the softer feminine looks together with the square and masculine shapes of the line. An elegantly folded leather belt served as the collection’s red thread, cinching waists of the more angular pieces, and stood out along with LaPointe’s bold yet playful take on dresses and skirts.
