Noon by Noor: While most designers seem to be exercising restraint when it comes to prints, you can most definitely give a resounding yes to the category with Noon by Noor, who mixed pastels with deeper hues in an eclectic manner that just felt modern and new.

Marissa Webb: Way less casual than she started out, J.CREW alum Marissa Web has shown that dressier frocks need not be stuffy, working cobalt and vibrant reds into slightly 70s, yet fresh, silhouettes that are certainly for younger demographic based on the hemlines, but certain to be admired by all fashion-lovers alike.
