When these arrived in the mail for product review, I must admit that they weren’t the sexiest flip flops that I’ve ever seen. So they sat in a ‘to review” pile on my desk, until one night I plucked them from it and inserted my feet into what can only be described as pure, heavenly comfort. The same polystyrene micro-beads found in bean bags and travel pillows also reside in the footbed and straps of the Smushees, making an ultra-plush, squishy, and overall foot-conforming experience. I’ve been wearing them around the house, and after a long day in heels, they certainly are the next best thing to a foot bath! Smushees are available for $35, in six colors at Smartdogs.
