Is anything cooler than a classic pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers? Not really. They remind me of everything from James Dean rebel attitude to the Ramones, Joan Jett, and generally kick ass style with a bit of edge. Never owning the real deal, I took shadesdaddy up on their offer to try a complimentary pair of sunglasses from the site. While perusing, I discovered that the site offers a lot of brands that I like, such as Versace, Ralph Lauren, Chloe, Kate Spade, and Marc Jacobs sunwear at discounted prices of 30%-50% off . They hold a 100% authentic guarantee on their products, and I noticed, particularly with Ray-Ban, that they have the newest stock keeping items available. I went with the Ray Ban Wayfarer Limited Edition Rare Print Sunglasses, that posses a white streak across the top and vibrant hazy floral pattern on the inside.
After ordering my selection, the shades arrived so quickly I had to do a double take on the address label, and the packaging was gorgeous perfection. Another thing I like about shadesdaddy is that they actually did their homework and add some history and interesting info about the brands offered; for example the Bottega Veneta page it talks about the brand’s history of craftmanship and what you can expect from its shades – bravo! Check out the site’s specials and additional discounts at its blog or on the Facebook page.

I decided I am going to pop out the lenses from a pair of Wayfarer’s for my next pair of prescription lenses.
Great idea, maybe I will do the same with these! 🙂
