As part of the Folica Blogger Program, I get the opportunity to occasionally test out new excited products that the site offers, (I know, feel very very bad for me), and the item du jour was Sally Hershberger Supreme Lift for Thin Hair, $13, at Folica.com.
I’ve always had thin/fine/delicate hair; whatever adjective is preferred to describe it is fine with me, but the bottom line is that I could use some more hair! Any kind of volumizing product is right up my alley, so I towel dried my tresses, generously spritzed about 12 pumps in, and as directed, used a dryer with a round brush to achieve maximum volume. The aroma was definitely an effervescent, salon-professional one, however it wasn’t at alloverpowering. The results: A definite lift at the roots, with volume throughout. After a 12 hour work day, my hair was noticeably less limp and weighed down than usual, and while there was a tad of tacky product at my roots, it wasn’t visibly, and just to the touch, so that I could stick my fingers at the roots, like a diffuser, halfway through the day to re-invigorate the volume.
