I really don’t like spending a lot on “dressy dresses” due to the infrequency of wear, but on the other hand, don’t want to spend $20 on a dress, and look like I spent $20 on a dress either. I’d pair it with some oversized stud earrings, and patent leeather sky-high pumps.
