I cannot believe there is snow in NYC again! The East Coast has surely taken a beating the past two weeks, and I’ve pretty much been living in my Sorels while lugging an extra bag to switch into shoes once I’m at the office or an event. I recently received an alternative solution that may actually be a catalyst for me to downsize my bag and shoe switcharoo woes: Däv shoes! Däv started in January of 2008 with a focus on coordinated footwear and accessories that are completely weatherproof, but not sacrificing style in the process. I feel that pretty much everything I have can be classified as stylish (at least according to me), but I’ve noticed that some people give me ‘the eye’ when I’ve been tromping around the office in furry knee-high boots for the past nine hours. I received a pair of cute two-toned pumps for review, and love that I can get away with wearing them, rain or shine. Pictured on me is the Däv Toe Cap Rain Pump, on sale for $44.25 (was $59).
