As if stylish takes on the tennis shoe weren’t having a big enough moment, they’ve just been winterized to suit the season at hand and tempt us even further! Our favorite casual-cool styles, from classic Converse flat tennies to ultra-trendy hidden wedge sneakers, are adapting to the cold weather by offering up comfy shearling linings. Now it’s even harder to resist going super-casual with your footwear this winter, especially as the temperatures drop and the holiday shopping season intensifies and your busy feet require some serious TLC! Etienne Aigner for Spring 2013 and A New E-Commerce Launch!

The Etienne Aigner Spring 2013 collection includes everything from clothes to jewelry to Apple accessories, with the brand’s signature style as a pastel, marble print that is both fun and calming. The accessories were all done in nubuck leather, which is softer and smoother than traditional leather. What really made this collection special was the high attention given to the details; suede and nubuck embellishments were also found on the clothes and jewelry, providing them with an extra fashion-forward pop. Detail can be seen in all of the handbags as well, which were crafted to be both stylish and practical, including easy access pockets and innovative clasps.

The classic oxford flats were recreated in the pastel hues and were cut deeper at the top, making them much more feminine. In addition, Etienne Aigner has accessories for iPads, iPhones, and more devices, including products in the marble printed nubuck leather.

Alice and Olivia Spring 2013 Preview

Alice and Olivia’s Spring 2013 collection is a flash back to 1950s Woodstock and Miami Beach. With bright primary colors and icy blues and papaya oranges, the pieces have us itching for sunshine. A major highlight of the collection was the use of colored leather, with well-tailored moto jackets and shift dresses were featured in bright yellow, vibrant orange and pastel pink leather – definitely a must-have for spring. The denim and tea collection also made a big statement,  sure to be a hit in 2013 by bringing back detailed, embroidered bell-bottom jeans and t-shirts. The brand also launched their first line of handbags for spring including everything from large gold metallic snakeskin tote bags to small clear plastic clutches.
