What’s great about seeing so many different designers’ pieces in one place is that you start to pick up on the trends that you can  easily use to help direct your wardrobe for the upcoming season. My biggest takeaways from visiting the FactoryPR showroom and the brands that the PR firm represents is that  it’s all about texture, versatility, cutouts and bright pops of color. for spring 2014. Adding a little texture into your pieces takes them to another level, and brands such as Mango and D-ID Jeans have applied quilting to moto jackets and jeans to give these staples a fresh new look.

Rebecca Vallance’s shift dresses in a watercolor floral print are sophisticated enough for the work day but pretty enough to easily transition you into night. Surprising new cutouts update recognizable classics as shown by designer Morris Janks, who created a blazer that features flower petal shapes arranged diagonally along the front for a stunning effect.

For your tootsies, the bolder is better. Shoe designers such as Ruthie Davis and Jinny Kim incorporate rich jewel tones and heavy metallic into their sleekly shaped heels and flats, creating shoes that will make any look more memorable from the bottom, up.
