[From left to right: Red Clay for anti-fatigue & energizing, Grey Clay for skin balancing & mattifying, and Yellow Clay for revitalizing & toning]
All masks are NOT created equal; depending on your skin’s current state and needs, it can be rather complex to determine which mask will enhance and not harm your delicate, precious face. Sephora‘s latest collection of clay masks ($8 each) are designed to achieve just what you desire, be it brightening, purifying, mattifying, or soothing. Each colored mask (eight in total) offer different benefits with clay being the star ingredient. My ideal mask is the purple clay, which moisturizes and smooths the skin, but there is one for everyone, I promise! Each handy dandy travel-size pouch offers a great value of up to five uses, which are enough to keep the clay fresh and active, as well as get you accustomed to achieving premium skin results!
The Sephora Collection Clay Masks will be available starting in July at Sephora and Sephora inside of JCPenney stores.

Maybe I’m just a kid at heart, but I swear that there are plenty of elements in sunscreen for the little ones that I desperately need too! I’ve been using Aveeno’s Baby formula face stick for years and swear by its longevity and efficacy, and just started in on the Aveeno Baby Continuous Protection Sensitive Skin Face Stick Sunscreen SPF 50 (around $10.49) this summer to great results. After a recent visit to the dermatologist who told me that I needed to be extra careful about the existing sun damage on my ears (guilty as charged- I’ve been neglecting them!), I’ve found that this stick is the perfect applicator to reach tiny areas quickly without the mess or the anxiety of getting a glob of sunscreen in my tresses. So I guess working easily around small areas also applies to babies too, right?
I also like that this formula includes 100% naturally sourced sunscreen ingredients, and is a wonderful option for use on the face as it is non-irritating, hypoallergenic, non-greasy and water resistant for up to 80 minutes. The less fuss and re-application, the better! If you aren’t a fan of the face stick, reap all of the protective and sensitive skin benefits in a liquid lotion version (also $10.49).

[Glam+Go stations at Mark Garrison]
I first mentioned Glam+Go back in March of 2016, not too long after the blow out service had launched, which conveniently sets up outposts at gyms, hotels, spas, and salons so that you don’t have to change your lifestyle in order to squeeze in time to get your hair styled. Now with 10 locations, if you are in NYC or Miami (and soon Santa Monica), achieving professionally-styled hair is never very far away or difficult. I went to one of the newest locations, found on the third floor of the Mark Garrison Salon in Midtown East, and had the wonderful Signature Blowout ($45), which included a wash and style. If time is still of the essence, wash your own tresses but pop in for an Express Style that can include curls or braiding ($25), and if you’ve become a total Glam+Go convert, consider an unlimited monthly blowout membership (prices vary).
The newest locations are all open now, located in Flatiron (27 W. 20th St within RPZL), Park Avenue (108 E 60th St. within Mark Garrison), East Hampton (68 Newton Lane within Elements Fitness), and coming in July: 4 Astor Place (within New York Sports Clubs). A special new addition can be found at the RPZL location, which also offers clip-in extensions as well as the regular menu of services. With Glam+Go’s expansion comes a great opportunity to simplify your routine and more frequently indulge in the quintessential professional treatment for your soon-to-be-gorgeous hair.

The older I get, the more I desire to use natural products. Especially when it comes to anything I put on my skin, the less chemicals or unknown ingredients, the better. I’ve been seeing out items that proudly state they are certified organic, fair trade, and/or free of toxic ingredients. Lotion is one of the items that I’ve been more of stickler for when it comes to keeping it natural, and luckily, there are plenty of options out there, at a nice variety of price points. Today I’m sharing my top eight picks broken into two categories: under $12 and over $12, so that no matter your budget, you can find the perfect natural lotion for you!
$12 & Under:
