It may only be July but previewing Banana Republic’s Holiday 2011 collection has already sparked the holiday spirit in me. I found myself counting down the months until sparkle, lace, and satin. The collection included vibrant yet warm colors, and jewel tones mixed with the perfect amount of sexy, tasteful leopard print. A sequin-adorned skirt, paired with a structured blazer, topped off with a playful feather clutch is this season’s modern look with a romantic twist. Each piece will add some femininity and luxury to any woman’s winter wardrobe.
The only thing better about the holidays, than the fashion, is gift giving!
This year Banana Republic is bringing the best of both worlds together. With many gift options under $100, Banana Republic’s Holiday 2011 collection includes elegant jewelry mixed with beautiful statement rings, cashmere wraps, velvet and faux fur necessities, and leather gloves.
And there’s more: They also have teamed up with Clos Du Bois wines to introduce a limited edition holiday wine label, sketched by BR’s creative director, Simon Kneen ($15.99-$18.99). In addition, the wine bottle offers a QR code for a holiday party soundtrack, styling tips from Mr. Kneen himself, and advice on throwing the perfect soiree from Clos du Bois winemaker, Gary Sitton. From the wardrobe, to the gifts, to the perfect holiday party, this winter season will be one to remember thanks, to Banana Republic.
