As spring starts to come into full bloom, we can’t help but think about the exciting, affordable fashion right around the corner! That includes Target’s first-ever hat collaboration, Eugenia Kim for Target, and the Cynthia Vincent for Target shoe collection, which hits stores and online April 15th.
