Sometimes forgoing basics for something a bit more noticeable is the way to go. In the summer, I live in solid beaters and tunic dresses, however I really should break up the monotony of monochromatic colors with a retro-chic print. This Groovy Tulip Tunic, $13.80 caught my eye for both its fab color palette as well as the Emilio Pucci-inspired print. This could work with dark skinny jeans and cork wedges, scruncked up a bit with some cut-off shorts, or done a little sleeker with a tight black skirt and belted.
