Maybe it’s due in part to being obsessed with Japanese culture, but the latest collection from essie, inspired by Tokyo, is a doozy! The color palette of six hues, if you ask me, can best be explained as the new, modern neutrals; a blue, a blush, and some modern orange and berry shades that will look absolutely stunning on fingers and toes alike (actually, I just painted udon know me on my toes).
