Oh what a night! The rain held out for the most part, and plenty of people were in the streets-it was akin to rush hour at 10pm!I think that NYC should definitely make this a quarterly outing – the vibe seemed to be mainly positive and I did see a decent amount of shopping bags in hand — including my own!
