I love film. I love getting my fashion inspiration from film. I love horror. And, I love Halloween. So, it should be no surprise that this year’s Halloween post is inspired by the horror film “Halloween” (the original version). Check out these sassy 1970s high school jail-bait girls. They’re cracking sexual jokes and smoking a cigarette. It’s like they’re just begging to be murdered. What I love is the way Laurie’s friends do a tone-on-tone paired with denim, while Laurie keeps her cardigan and floral skirt in the same color scheme but breaks them apart with a green turtleneck.
