The weather is finally compliant with bare legs, and I couldn’t be happier! It has been a looooong winter, and prepping legs for exposure may take a little work. The new Dove Exfoliating Body Polishes couldn’t have launched at a better time – they simultaneously exfoliate and hydrate with an infusion of the brand’s 1/4 moisturizing cream, and comes in a generously sized 10.5 oz tub so that you’ll be able to use it all over — wherever you may need a little softening. The benefits of exfoliating run deep, helping a range of skin issues from eczema to dryness, or merely to even out an uneven tan.
Hydrated silica acts as the main agent in doing the heavy lifting in the polishes, while are there to add in the hydration. Choose from three heavenly fragrance combinations: Crushed Macadamia & Rice Milk, Kiwi Seeds & Cool Aloe, or Pomegranate Seeds & Shea Butter. Please don’t make me choose a favorite but if I had to…I’m partial to the Kiwi Seeds & Cool Aloe — the scent will reminder me year long of wonderful, warmer weather to come!
Each Dove Exfoliating Body Polish retails for about $5.99 at national food and drug stores nationwide (such as Target).

The holy grail of makeup collaborations has finally launched with NARS Cosmetics and fashion powerhouse, Erdem just in time for the summer 2018 season. The highly anticipated 13-piece capsule collection, “Strange Flowers”, emulates the delicate balance of feminine beauty and dark romance behind the womenswear brand, creating a compelling and dreamy aesthetic.
Pretty, pastels blossom into a burst of sultry hues, such as lip shades of Bloodflower and Carnal Carnation, against softer ones like Moon Orchid and Voodoo Lily. Available in two eyeshadow palettes, six lipsticks, two blushes and a first-ever NARS’ lip powder palette, the coveted collection is nothing short of a makeup lover’s fantasy. The limited-edition collection also includes an opalescent lavender highlighting pencil to illuminate a radiant yet dewy look and fresh-plucked blotting papers to soften shine in the summer months.
Even more special are the artfully adorned and original flower paintings on the pristinely packaged palettes by designer, Erdem Moralioglu. “It was really interesting to explore my aesthetic in collaboration with NARS and see how far we could push different elements through color and product,” said Moralioglu in a statement. With vibrant and versatile shades to compliment any look, it’s no surprise that both the fashion and beauty world will collectively swoon over this dreamy collection.

Not only is Rose my middle name (no kidding – it really is!) but I genuinely love the skin benefits that this lovely flower can produce! The new Rosé All Day Oil-Free Serum from Physicians Formula features rosewater, goji berry, vitamin E and kakadu plum extract (vitamin C) to moisturize, protect, brighten, balance and reduce redness, and who doesn’t want that? A slight pearlescent hue gives your skin an added glow and you can use it as a primer prior to applying makeup or let it stand alone as a part of your skincare routine. As always, Physicians Formula’s products are hypoallergenic, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and dermatologist approved.
Rosé All Day Oil-Free Serum from Physicians Formula retails for $14.95 at drugstores/mass retailers nationwide and at PhysiciansFormula.com

Skincare has undoubtedly become a standout segment of the beauty industry in recent months, with shoppers seemingly becoming just as interested in skincare-only brands as they are in other cosmetics brands. One of the newer trends encompassed in the popular rise in attention to skincare is products that incorporate technology and high-tech features.
Brands like Neutrogena, Foreo, Clinique, and Homedics have all released products that use technology to promise clearer, cleaner, and more radiant skin. If you’re looking for a new, innovative way to treat acne and breakouts, check out Neutrogena’s Light Therapy Acne Mask. The product uses red and blue lights to fight off bacteria and inflammation, which ultimately lead to breakouts and redness. The brand also offers a smaller version of the product, which acts as a spot treatment for individual breakouts.
Foreo recently released a personalized facial cleansing brush and anti-aging device called the Luna 2, which comes in four different styles for different skin types. On the low-tech, manual side of the spectrum is the noteworthy Herbivore Botanical’s Jade Facial Roller. Jade rollers have been known to have benefits such as improving facial blood circulation, elasticity, reducing dark under-eye circles, and tightening and reducing pore size.
