It’s A Vitamin C Time of Year (for Your Face, that is!)
My friend Lily Oswald of the lovely blog Craft and Consumption and Sorrelli Jewelry SWEARS by Vitamin C in her facial products, so I felt inclined to delve, into the product category to see what there was to offer. After becoming obsessed with Lumene’s C+ line this summer, it’s easy to understand why C is such a hot new vitamin in the beauty category; it bountifully nourishes and help with collagen and rebuilding aging skin. A win-win, right? We think so, and hence, have put together our top seven picks (see slideshow above) from brands and products that are banking on the properties of botanicals and particularly Vitamin C, to make you look AMAZING! Check out our list, with everything from eye serum to BB Cream, night cream, and an exfoliant.

AEO Summer 2013 Press Preview
Arriving in stores in April, but available for a sneak peek now is the Summer 2013 collection from American Eagle Outfitters and aerie! Inspired by music festivals, expect a laid back, collection, with nods toward late 19960s and early 1970s rock festivals. Beautifully embroidered multi-tonal pieces abound, alongside high-waisted, frayed cut-off shorts, accessorized with miniature knapsacks in order to keep all of your festival goodies in one secure, convenient, and stylish place. aerie keeps your underpinnings happy and bright with lovely new colorways for super soft tees, nighties, boyfriend tanks, bras, panties, crocheted boxers, and more. There’s also some new swim offerings that will come in handy when the temperature hovers in the ’90s; with this cold spell we’ve been having, I can only hope that weather that warm happens, and happens soon!
