The fashion world has always had an air of exclusivity where only a select few are able to participate in the events. But now all of that is changing; for anyone who has ever admired the spectacle that is the catwalk from afar, the opportunity to attend a runway show with a seat reserved for you is a dream come true. Now through American Express, anyone who is a card member can take advantage of the opportunity to attend New York Fashion Week by purchasing seats at select shows.
Members have the option to be present at shows held at Lincoln Center or to discover the talents of emerging designers at MILK Studios. This venture is even being explored by the notable fashion designer Carolina Herrera, who in collaboration with Harper’s Bazaar is exclusively offering American Express card members the chance to attend a cardmembers-only Spring 2013 runway show on February 14th, featuring 50 men’s and women’s looks, and then shop select looks from the collection styled by Bazaar online.

[Receiving some much-needed undereye moisture after the DermalQuench Oxygen Treatment]
I think I may have just found a new favorite. I’ve had friend that have been complete Kate Somerville zealots; addicted to her results-driven line of products, that swore by them, especially the ExfoliKate exfoliating treatment products. At Bergdorf Goodman last week, I was able to not only receive a wonderfully hydrating DermalQuench Oxygen Treatment, but also was able to test out some of her products and meet Miss Somerville herself! Kate Somerville, aesthetician to the stars, brings her clinic-quality products to your home with each item packed with innovative ingredients coupled with botanicals.
[The DermalQuench Treatment tool!]
A cool mist of hyaluronic serum and vitamins were distributed directly to my face via this little tool above, which felt incredibly refreshing. The DermalQuench Oxygen Treatment can be used as a stand-alone treatment or as a compliment to a facial, and my skin felt relaxed, soothed, and ready to face the cold weather once again.
[With skin expert Kate Somerville!]
I also sampled three of her new products: RetAsphere 2-in-1 Retinol Night Cream (delivers pure Retinol into the skin via a lipid shell to diminish the signs of lines and wrinkles), D-Scare Scar Diminishing Serum (my favorite — which gets rid of old and new scars!) , and Body Glow Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 20 (not only protects but also supplies tremendous moisture and refines texture, improves tone, contour, and firmness of the skin). Sounds like a dream come true? It is!
Which of these new Kate Somerville products do you want to try?

Sometimes I become extremely worn out from treating a variety of skin concerns, and when I’m using products now to treat/prevent the signs of aging, I feel that it’s a little silly that my skin still occasionally breaks out and I feel like an awkward teenager with a big, red, angry zit on my chin. Using an itty bitty dab of the emerginC blemish control drying lotion, $29, will help to dry out that glaring annoyance of a pimple and get you refocused on the things that really matter. Use it in the morning and/or at night, and easily add your usual skin regimen into the mix. without any complications
