All I have to say is: YESSSSSS! The Cabin Fever Sale has finally arrived at ModCloth, and I can’t really think of a better way of spending time on the internet than browsing through the selections, and adding a ton of of really affordable items to your cart! They’ve got coats, bags, dresses (my personal favorite), shoes, and much much more, so check it out now, before the word spreads and sizes start selling out.
At the top of my list? Amongst many items, I’ve got my eyes set on:

Dance Committee Dress, $21.99 (was $72.99)

Moss Appeal Jacket, $49.99 (was $167.99)
Heel-ing Powers, $53.99 (was $179.99_)

Some of my favorite accesssories from New York Fashion Week Fall 2011 are below — which ones do you love?

The opening of fashion week – Nicholas K! Shoes were custom by Vintage Shoe Company.

Rugged is most definitely in at Perry Ellis, and everywhere else for that matter, for fall 2011. Another Vintage Shoe Co. show!

Hot bag – great color combos and tassel action at Charlotte Ronson

Rebecca Minkoff’s girl has grown up a bit, as has her bags -one of my favorite new ones!

Pity I couldn’t get a closer image of these shoes (from Jill Stuart fall 201!), but trust me, they are beyond fab!

I draw attention to this close up shot not for the bag- but for the ring (from Diane von Furstenberg)! I recently got one from my friends at Sorrelli that is identical!

New York Fashion Week kicked off with Robert Verdi’s fabulous event “Tweet This! New York Fashion Week,” in which brand founders and representatives spoke about some of their latest, coolest products, with some of my faves are listed below. I found out about how high quality and affordable CONAIR products are, Incoco nail wraps are made from real polish, Visine makes eye makeup remover wipes, foundersboast incredible fit and are eco-conscious, OBOE bags are also eco (made from reclaimed materials and recycled water bottles, and LifeTherapy is comprised of soothing and aromatic lotions, and FoodParc is super cool new eatery in NYC.

Disclosure: these products were given gratis from the brands mentioned.

On this day, I was starting to feel very run down. Working until 2:30am every day for the past week was really starting to catch up with me. Lugging around my computer, and about 1,000 other items required a lug sole, and what better than Doc Martens? Plus, I love the filmy nature of this pretty, feminine blouse played against the ruggedness of the classic 8-lace boot.
What I wore:
Printed top with shoulder and side ruching, Nicole by Nicole Miller (courtesy of Nicole Miller)
Leggings, Seed Clothing Co. (no longer available)
Batwing Sweater (Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart)
Dr. Martens (courtesy of Dr. Martens)
Hobo Studded Bag (courtesy of HandbagHeaven)
