The cascading ruffles down the sides of this dress move it from beyond basic into the “must-have” land as the Topshop pick of the week. I love how delicate the fabric and ruffles are, but I can see the Ruffle Dress (click “USA” “Dresses” “View All” to find this dress) , ($80) go both ways; paired with some sexy meshy heels, or with some Nike high-tops in 80s colorways, slightly reminiscent of Lily Allen’s signature look . The dress could also work as a tunic, paired with lightweight leggings or a form-fitting grey pencil skirt
