I love leggings and wearing cute flats, but in the brutal, insanely chilly NYC winters sometimes it seems nearly impossible to stay warm and chic, and I admit that sometimes I’ve succumbed to being less fashionable than I would like, just to stay warm. There is hope, however: I recently tried out a new collection of fleece-lined products called Plush, a collection that includes leggings, tights, knee-high, thigh highs, all with a thin fleece lining. I tried knee highs (the packaging is made of partially recycled paper, btw) on one of the coldest days of the year, and couldn’t stop talking about the results! Looking at them, you can’t tell they are any thicker than regular knee highs, yet the difference is immediately felt once you venture outside. Although they were a little thicker in the foot area, I still managed to easily slip on my open-toed patent leather heels, and off I went! Priced from $22-$70, the items at Plush can easily be worth the invest, and I have a feeling you won’t be able to wash the items fast enough for the amount you’ll be wearing them! So long, paper-thin leggings!
