The highly anticipated 13-piece capsule collection, “Strange Flowers”, emulates the delicate balance of feminine beauty and dark romance behind the womenswear brand, creating a compelling and dreamy aesthetic.
Pretty, pastels blossom into a burst of sultry hues, such as lip shades of Bloodflower and Carnal Carnation, against softer ones like Moon Orchid and Voodoo Lily. Available in two eyeshadow palettes, six lipsticks, two blushes and a first-ever NARS’ lip powder palette, the coveted collection is nothing short of a makeup lover’s fantasy. The limited-edition collection also includes an opalescent lavender highlighting pencil to illuminate a radiant yet dewy look and fresh-plucked blotting papers to soften shine in the summer months.
Even more special are the artfully adorned and original flower paintings on the pristinely packaged palettes by designer, Erdem Moralioglu. “It was really interesting to explore my aesthetic in collaboration with NARS and see how far we could push different elements through color and product,” said Moralioglu in a statement.
