Why wear your heart on your sleeve when you can put it on your shoulder instead?
Besides, I don’t think women buy themselves something for V-Day (and lingerie does not count), and why not? There are a lot of ridiculous holidays out there that require hallmark cards and gifts and blah blah blah. I think $13 for a cute bag is hardly considered a splurge, so indulge ladies!
