Models wore backpacks, larger-than-life bows, clear plastic, kissmarks, and legos. Disney characters and Superman were represented, as well as Barack Obama, for good measure. Apart from the kiddie-inspired graphics and accessories, the design of the garments themselves were constructed as loose fitting dresses, rompers, and tees–perfect for your next playdate…or whatever it is you do for fun these days.

We recently discovered that you can get Charlotte Ronson‘s sweet street-chic designs across the country at an affordable price at J.C. Penney, starting in the spring of 2009. The lower-priced line, exclusive to the mega-retailer is dubbed I (Heart) Ronson and will be comprised of tees, tops, sweaters, jeans, skirts, dresses and jackets. Targeted toward 21-35 year old women, the line will be carried at 600 out of 1,093 J.C. Penney. locations Retail prices will range from $15-$65, and we just hope that there are some pieces available in our size, when we finally get out of this concrete jungle and head to a J.C. Penney in the suburbs!
