Outfit of the Day: Favorite Girl! (Post From Felicia Sullivan)
From my fabulous friend Felicia Sullivan comes this wonderful post and photo she took of me last week after the Tiffany 2010 Collection Preview. Some people just ‘get me,’ no explanation necessary — Felicia is one of those people. Plus, she has an incredible blog that you should check out if you haven’t already!

There are few that truly embody the word kind. These are the sort who don’t have an agenda, who are generous with their heart and friendship. A rare breed, but worthy saving once captured. My dear friend, Julia DiNardo, is that person. Designer of the epic squirrel tee, proprietor of a fab fashion blog, and collector of whiplash-inducing accessories, Julia is one of the more selfless and genuine people I’m privileged to know.
Julia’s fashion sense, which is eclectic and quirky with a little classic vintage thrown in for good measure, always awes me. After a Tiffany event this week, I couldn’t help but ask her to pop, drop, and roll for the camera. Because she is that magical.

Fall Couture Collections: Jean Paul Gaultier
[Images via Elle.com]
If you’re going to talk about this fall’s couture collections, you can’t do it without mentioning the very Parisian Jean Paul Gaultier lineup. Turbans have made a return and the sultry, sinewy looks with it; fine craftsmanship, outlined structure, and vibrant gem color made a statement for JPG this season. Also making a statement was the appearance of Dita von Teese on the runway, to announce the designer’s team up with storied lingerie brand La Perla. Here are our favorite standout looks from the collection – enjoy

Tiffany & Co’s 2010 Collection Preview

Last night I was incredibly lucky to attend Tiffany & Co’s 2010 Collection Preview. I was blown away with the range of jewelry — some very art deco0-inspired, some incredibly modern, and others just utterly blinged out! The ‘most bling’ award goes to the amazing $7 million necklace, however it’s a tad out of my price range! I did find some great pieces that fit my personality to a ‘T’, particularly the Frank Gehry items. Enjoy the pics – and get ready for one the best collections from Tiffany to date!
