Always a Bridesmaid…Always in Style!
Sponsored Post
Springtime can really set a romantic mood….from the mild weather to the blooming flowers, and even the transition from heavy coats and layers to light and airy sun dresses, it’s about time that the new season arrives! Of course you can’t think of romance without weddings coming to mind. Bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses this season are feminine and versatile for all types of ceremonies. Many brides this season are looking for unique ideas and trends to dress their bridal party, whether it is a traditional or non-traditional wedding. Some of fashion-forward bridesmaid dress for 2010 include mismatched looks with unexpected color and fabric combinations.
Who says your bridesmaids have to match? Mixing colors, patterns, and fabrics are chic ways to personalize your bridal party look. You like apricot and blush? Go for it! You could also keep to a distinct color, such as pink, but have each bridesmaid in a different hue, i.e. sangria, blush, candy, and rose. Accessories are also a great way to complement the different colors and individualize the look. If your bridesmaids are wearing colbalt blue, above-the-knee dresses, throw in a pair an eye-catching magenta pumps to add an unexpected splash of color.
If you do want to keep the same color palette for your bridesmaids, opt for different styles and silhouettes. Matchy-matchy is not very exciting and letting your bridesmaids choose the dress they would like (with your approval, of course), can relieve a lot of the pressure from your planning. Every woman’s body type is different, so giving them the option of a halter or a strapless dress will not only flatter your bridesmaids, but your wedding photos as well.

These season there were plenty of bags, shoes, belts, and even headbands and scarf/hood hybrid to lust after. The only problem? You’ve got to wait until at least August for everything to come out! Here are some of our favorite items from the collection – enjoy!
