Remember that post on the lovely MiMi by Sorrelli Industrial Layered Drop Earrings a few weeks ago? Sorrelli was kind enough to give me a pair to wear, and I haven’t taken them out of my lobes since (you can see them on me in this pic from the Fashion 2.0 two year Anniversary party), so it’s about time that I hook up one of the FPD readers with a pair as well! The MiMi by the Sorelli line is the younger sister to the signature line, and is full of great stone and chain-adorned pieces. To win the MiMi by Sorrelli Industrial Layered Drop Earrings, you should:
RULES OF ENTRY:
1) Tell us what your most sentimental piece of jewelry is and why (for example, mine is a jade ring that I wear everyday: it was the last gift I received from my Aunt, and I wouldn’t trade it for a million dollars!)
2) Follow Sorrelli on Twitter OR join the Fashion Pulse Daily Facebook Page (if you’re not already doing so) NOTE: let usk now which one you do, and if it’s twitter, be sure to put your twitter @ handle in the comments with your response to #1!
3) USA entrants only, one entry per person, must be 18 or older.
Good luck!
**Contest ends Wednesday, August 4th 2010 at 11:59pm. The winner will be selected using Random.org.

I have two pieces that i will never part with, actually more, but the ones that come to mind are small, very old diamond stud earrings that were my maternal grandmothers … they have screw posts that are like an old-fashioned vice on my lobes, but I dare not modernize them. The other is a heavy silver estate necklace from my parents, with a thick, intricate chain and a locket that opens. It is gorgeous but I was too nervous to wear it around NYC when I moved here, fearing someone would rip it off my neck in the subway: now, I am tougher and wear it often.

I have two ruby rings, one from each Grandmother that are priceless to me.
