IT Cosmetics at Sephora
There’s quite a hustle and bustle over at the IT Cosmetics headquarters right now, with very good reason: the fall 2016 collection was just released, the company was acquired this summer by L’Oreal, and it launched at Sephora to much fan fair with a combo of 20 of its best-selling and exclusive products! Wowee! Some of my absolute favorites include the Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination™ Full Coverage Anti-Aging Waterproof Concealer, Anti-Aging Armour™ Super Smart Skin-Perfecting Beauty Fluid SPF 50+, Bye Bye Makeup™ 3-in-1 Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm and Superhero™ Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara.

The brand does a lot of things right when it comes to skincare and color cosmetics and its business model (cruelty-free, clincally-tested, free of parabens, sulfates phthalates), but I’ve go to play favorites and say that the skincare and brushes take the cake for me, and now I can refill my stash even easier than before with the expansion into Sephora!

Speaking of the mega beauty retailer, Sephora has now expanded into Teen Beauty Services with its 90-minute Teen Makeup class, the 12th course added in its series of classes, including Contour & Highlight ( I took this one!), False Lashes, Brow Shaping, and Essential Eyeliner. It starts with the most crucial part, the fundamentals of good skincare with Skincare IQ to figure out the best products for each skin type, followed by how to prep, blend, and expertly apply the sheer coverage of BB and CC creams, finishing with light definition on the lips, cheeks, and eyes. There’s not much I’d like to relive from my teen years, but the change to take this class is one that I certainly would have loved to jump om! The Cambridge Satchel Company’s has a new collaboration with Brazilian brand Melissa, who specializes in all things…jelly. The brand tends to be my summer shoe -go-to, and I’m excited about the Melissa + The Cambridge Satchel Company teamup. The brand has created a new version of the Cambridge Satchel Company’s classic 11 inch satchel, made now with an adjustable strap and stud closure, plus, thanks to Melissa’s signature fabrication, is fully  waterproof.
