Think in HD, and fabulosity, with MAKE UP FOR EVER this year, as I did when I got a taste for the amazing power of the products at the Style Coalition & MAKE UP FOR EVER holiday part a few weeks ago. I got a smoldering, smoky eye look with a twist; grey was used on me instead of black, which I think really made my eyes incredibly feminine and doe-like, while a pale peachy/coral lip complimented the look (see below for my final look). I also got color matched, and received a complimentary Pro Finish, which gives the brand’s new multi-use compact foundation launching in January 2013 ( look out for it – it’s INCREDIBLE!). Applied wet or dry, it is a sheer, yet impactful amount of coverage, blending like a dream come true and perfect for normal to oily skin.
The brand also had some great lashes, vibrant lipsticks, little pots of sparkly additions, and more for us to play with and take home. In the past, I had only tried a mascara by the brand, and now, I’m glad to have been able to stock up and love a a few more products. I’m also considering using more of the HD products, like the HD Complexion Starter Kit, for my wedding — I think I will feel confident knowing they will give me the ultimate coverage on one of the biggest days of my life!
