Yes, the title is true, and I’m not exaggerating! To date, I have covered 16 seasons of fashion week in the past eight years, and one thing rings true for getting through it: plenty of sleep and great supporting items! Sleep is actually a much harder thing to achieve than having all of my fashion emergency needs, which include band-aids, medical tape, icy hot patches, hand sanitizer, gum, backup batteries, several lipsticks, and more!
