While home in Pittsburgh this past weekend for my sister-in-law’s baby shower, my mom and I took a few minutes afterward to walk into Frick Park just as the sun was setting, since it was a sunshiny day that was a bit brisk, yet refreshing. My mom, an outfit-photo-photographer in training, LOVES when I pose it up, and she provoked some Zoolander-esque poses from you, as well as few requisite selfies of the two of us (see here for one of them!). I love being home and hanging with my mom!
And of course, as the snow and ice was turning to slush, I got my suede pumps all muddy! The cleaning tip from mom: DON’T touch them now, wait until they dry, and then brush off the mud. It worked like a charm, and now they are good as new. Moms always know best, and here’s what I wore to the baby shower, with my new Muse dress making its debut:
