You know it’s something special when you pass up an opportunity to get a (free!) mani and pedi because you love the colors that you currently have on your fingers and toes and don’t really feel inclined to switch it up. Lately I just can’t seem to get enough of the latest FORMULA X #ColorCurators Holiday 2016 Huda Beauty edition, featuring a trio of shades. These shades are decadent and sophisticated in a modern, versatile way, quite outside of the realm of my usual go-to palette, but is nonetheless quite addictive in their look and feel. As the last #ColorCurators collection of 2016, social media phenom and beauty entreprenuer Huda Kattan created three shades for the brand inspired by her personal style, resulting in Baroque Babe (rose gold), Sexy Date Night (plum), and Jetsetter (gunmetal). Even without a charitable element associated with this color, it’s just one of those gorgeous hues that you’d want to have in your lipstick rotation. Bite Beauty has collaborated with the Movember Foundation to create the gorgeous Mauvember shade, with $13 from each lipstick sold going to the foundation, which strives to raise awareness and support of men’s health issues to live happier, healthier, longer lives.
