Here’s what I saw, tested, and conquered this week from the world of fashion and beauty!
I stopped by the new Elaine Turner boutique this past week, located in New York’s Upper East Side to take in the newest arrivals from the brand’s resort line (dubbed Destination: Buenos Aires), and learn a bit more about the brand’s signature style and different approach to product and selling. The Texas-based brand offers a well-edited mix of affordable yet luxurious apparel and accessories, blending right into its Madison Avenue surroundings, yet creating a relaxed and update atmosphere to shop in, with brightly painted walls, and plush pink couches to lounge on, with the option of occupying one of your hands with a glass of champagne; after all- shouldn’t shopping be an uplifting experience?Some of my favorite pieces from the store include the Julia in Black (not surprising, right?), the Bella Blush Python Clutch, and the Smartphone Wallet in Taupe Washed Leather.
