Small changes, be it physical or psychological are always a traditional, yet fantastic way to kick off a new year, and for 2017, I am actively doing both.  From increasing physical exercise to more “me” time and mindfulness practices, I feel that I’m getting to a better place already, so why not bring my hair along with me?
