Fashion Pulse Daily tests two different masks that do the trick when it comes to locking in moisture and rejuvenating the skin.
Don’t be scared; there’s nothing wrong with my face, except that it just needs a refresher.Above, I am sporting a two-piece mask by Amore Pacific. First, an ampule is applied to the skin, then the mask is laid over to lock in the moisture. This type of mask is much more popular in Asia, although I prefer it as it seams to really seal in the emollients and makes for easy clean up. Although I couldn’t find this one to be sold anywhere in the US, here are some of Amore Pacific‘s other skin care products.
Next, I tested the Borghese Fango Active Mud for Face and Body (7 oz bottle retails for $33.50) which I had recently received from ELLE Magazine, which had also granted it their ELLE seal of approval. As you can see, there’s really no hiding the deep mud color, and the recomendation is to apply it thickly and leave on the face and/or body for 2-5 minutes, which is about all I seem to have these days for my beauty routine. This product works to unclogs pores, eliminates dead skin cells and detoxifies impurities, while leaving your skin silky smooth!
Which kind of masks do you use?
