Day 2 of NYFW…I’m still smiling! Day 2 was heavily spent at the tents at Lincoln Center, and I got by with a little help from my friends, including the lovely Dana of Ted Gibson Salon, Söfft Shoes, Baume and Mercier, Sorelli, Shu Uemura, and of course, my Fashion Pulse Fiancé, whose duties largely include keeping me calm and making coffee for me in the morning.
I started Friday out with “second day hair,” so it was high time to try out the Shu Uemura Art of Hair Volume Maker Invisible Texturizing Powder. In a super soft brush format, it’s great for touch-ups on the go and for some instant lift, volume, and oil absorbtion. Let me just tell you that this little brush packs a POWERFUL punch, and each granule of formula really goes the distance. Later in the afternoon I got my tresses done at the Style Coalition Lounge by Dana of Ted Gibson, who added some sexy waves that I was LOVING!
I switched the bands of my new Baume & Mercier watch to a charcoal grey wraparound option, which looked great with the black, olive, and khaki tones in my look of the day.
And of course, some new Sorrelli jewelry to top off the look! A new Sorrelli cocktail ring and pendant fit the bill.
Striking a pose in the Mercedes-Benz area at fashion week-work it!
