Eyewear with a strong fashion component is just as important as function, and Zenni Optical totally gets it. Its newest eyewear lineup, The Metropolitan Collection was inspired by America’s greatest cities and the urban lifestyle found within them, featuring classic eyewear frame styles, remodeled for today’s modern fashion requirements. To further emphasize the style component, fashion designer and artist Timo Weiland served as the creative director for a short film inspired by the new styles.
There are a total of 14 different frames to choose from, all named after influential urban architects, such as Olmsted (Central Park), Wright (Fallingwater), and Stone (Radio City Music Hall). Each style comes in a variety of colors, including neutral tones and vibrant tortoiseshell patterned hues, and is also available as sunglasses.
Zenni Optical prides itself on creating original and fashionable designs, both prescription and non-prescription, at very affordable prices. This collection is no different, with the frames ranging from $10 to $40. All frames in the collection will be available on ZenniOptical.com starting February 22nd.
Full Disclosure: Fashion Pulse Daily was given frames for editorial consideration.
