After waiting in an obnoxiously long line for an hour and a half, I finally made it inside of the store approximately an hour after its grand opening in NYC. Topshop NYC certainly disappoint; with four floors packed with merchandise, it was fashion eye candy at the most extreme sense of the word. Topshop definitely made the event one of the most comfortable, and anticipated openings in years via all of their free goodies (British sweets, totes, gift cards, donuts, free coffee, free Pinkberry froyo), and twittering and talking to other Topshop fanatics in line made the wait not extremely painful. I think to actually shop Topshop, wait a week, then hit it on a week day, when they first open in the morning! Without further ado, here’s my Topshop pictures from the NYC store opening today (April 2nd):

jacketsAs if the opening of Topshop alone isn’t reason enough to head to Soho on April 2nd, here’s another one: Woodley and Bunny will have an exclusive pop up styling bar!  Erin Anderson, a huge editorial hair stylist and Creative Director of this Williamsburg, Brooklyn-based salon and apothecary (I have friends who swear by the place!), will be doing complimentary styling on a first come, first serve basis for all shoppers at the store.
