Have You Seen… the New Jessica Simpson Jeans?
I recently was given the opportunity to try a pair of my liking from the new Jessica Simpson Jeanswear Collection, and although there were a great many styles to choose from, I went for these Jessica Simpson Pants, Twill Cuffed Skinny Cargos, (was $59, now $24.99 at Macys!). Skinny cargos are a VERY hot item for fall, which many premium denim brands making really great, slimming pairs that don’t add bulk on your thighs, where the pockets tend to lay. The fabric of these are thin and soft, the rise not too low, and long enough for tall girls, but with just the right scrunch at the bottom for us petite ladies too. Here, I’ve paired it with a Poleci top, belt from another dress in my closet, MiMi by Sorrelli earrings, Rebecca Minkoff bracelets, and Isaac Mizrahi for Target pumps. The line is affordably priced, with the jeans ranging from $49-$69, in a variety of styles, such as jean leggings, boot cut, flare, and skinny. Find them at over 1,000 major department stores nationwide including Macy’s, Dillard’s, Belk and Bon-Ton, and online at Jessica Simpson Jeanswear Collection.

Outfit of the Day: Favorite Girl! (Post From Felicia Sullivan)
From my fabulous friend Felicia Sullivan comes this wonderful post and photo she took of me last week after the Tiffany 2010 Collection Preview. Some people just ‘get me,’ no explanation necessary — Felicia is one of those people. Plus, she has an incredible blog that you should check out if you haven’t already!
There are few that truly embody the word kind. These are the sort who don’t have an agenda, who are generous with their heart and friendship. A rare breed, but worthy saving once captured. My dear friend, Julia DiNardo, is that person. Designer of the epic squirrel tee, proprietor of a fab fashion blog, and collector of whiplash-inducing accessories, Julia is one of the more selfless and genuine people I’m privileged to know.
Julia’s fashion sense, which is eclectic and quirky with a little classic vintage thrown in for good measure, always awes me. After a Tiffany event this week, I couldn’t help but ask her to pop, drop, and roll for the camera. Because she is that magical.
