In honor of the limited edition Dove Summer Care Body Wash and Beauty Bar, I started my day with some morning fun, courtesy of the brand, at Aqua Studio, a very, very cool exercise activity of AQUACYCLING! See the pic above (can you spot me?), and it’s exactly how you think it is; in a heated pool, it engages the arms, and takes the pressure off of the body thanks to the submergence of being in water. It was certainly the best cycling-style class, and workout, that I’ve had in a long time!
