As far as trends go, this may be one of the easiest around: take a classic blouse or straightforward dress, add an adornment of a lengthy black ribbon, loop it into a drooping bow, and voila! Tie neck trend achieved! I love  a pieced together look, updated with a more dainty, long ribbon lazily tied around the neck with the ends casually trailing downward.
