Stephen Burrows F/W 2009 Collection
Mr. Burrows is back! The collection for fall 2009, dubbed “Bankable Burrows” smartly captured the items that will lead women into future cold-weather seasons with ease, getting the most bang for their buck with quality investment pieces in the form of capes, unique prints, and well-tailored pants and skirts. To turn a blind eye to the current state of affairs would have one hearing the sound of cash registers ringing up sales even less frequently; Burrows understands the value of a solid, salable collection, yet doesn’t let it restrict his creativity or panache. The looks, complimented by Christian Louboutin leapard booties and Robert Lee Morris jewelry prove that classic design with a bit of a twist never goes out of style.
