Sensitive skin, why must you complicate things? My skin is sensitive, fair, and dry, so finding the right balance in these things can be rather tricky, to say the least. I recently tested the AVEENO Active Naturals Ultra-Calming Nourishing Night Cream, which provides soothing relief for dry, irritated skin thanks to its signature Active Naturals Oat, and the ingredient Feverfew, in the family of Chamomile, utilized for centuries for its skin calming properties (see here for a list of ingredients and their benefits). The formula is a fragrance free rich cream, easily blended into the face and neck, capable of getting the hydration balance back in one overnight use. Night time is the best time to repair the skin, as your skin is at rest and has time to peacefully recover, so this formulation via a night cream application makes a lot of sense. I enjoyed using it liberally, but not that much is necessary to achieve lasting effects.
