From our friends at thefind.com:
Leopard print is undeniably having its comeback this season, but I don’t blame some fashionistas for not being fully convinced. After all, since the style had been exiled into “tacky” territory for quite some time, it’s tough to welcome it back to your wardrobe, closet doors wide open, without having at least a little bit of hesitation. Baby steps are key, so if you’ve already graduated from leopard jewelry or a printed clutch and think you’re ready to walk on the wild side with something a bit more statement-making, make way for leopard print cardigans! True, cardigans aren’t exactly what you’d call a “baby step,” considering a print as bold as leopard can easily turn into the focus of your entire outfit, but since cardigans are typically a more conservative silhouette by nature, the combination of the loud print and sophisticated wardrobe staple is a match made in wearable trend heaven! Go pretty and drapey in a long Rebecca Taylor open cardigan with a muted “watercolor” print for a softer take on leopard, or go for something more figure-cinching like this belted wrap cardigan from Forever 21. Opt for a more classic interpretation of the print like this Dolce & Gabbana Cardigan, or mix things up with in a color that’s not too crazy like this green cashmere cardigan by Crumpet!

Mirrored Collection

G-Aviation

Go Green Collection
Even with today’s reliance on cell phones as a means to tell time, a statement-making watch is still a must, even if it is just to make a fashion statement. Casio’s new G Shock Spring Collection has three new functional, classic, and ever fashionable watch collections. The G-Aviation preserves its classic style but has a new cockpit inspired display with yellow and black accents. If you are more of the “green is a must” kind of gal, the Go Green Collection features an environmentally friendly collection that uses solar power technology and recycled paper packaging. The last installment of the G Shock is the Mirrored Collection; these watches feature chic metallic finishes in an array of fun spring colors while being water resistant, shock resistant, and of course tell the time! I know I can’t wait to get my hands on a white Mirrored Collection watch –but which one is your favorite?

I’m embarrassed to admit how behind we got over here at FPD with the London, Milan, and Paris shows, as it took literally weeks to instill a normalcy again to our schedules after New York Fashion Week. Nonetheless, here are two of our favorite looks from the top collections of the season.

Alexander McQueen- a collection inspired by an Ice Queen – just utterly beautiful. Love the mosaic bodice; made of actual glass pieces!

Balenciaga — never disappoints. This collection defines new shapes, and look at the floor paneling compared the the shoe lines and clothing silhouettes; it is a perfect cohesion!
