Velvet is hot and haute for fall, and this precious Marc by Marc Jacobs brown velvet skirt is marked down to $98. It was $335. Limited sizes: 4, 6 and 8 only.
I keep seeing this style out. I don’t think this skirt is one of the nicer designs though. It is certainly not worth $98, I don’t care whose name is on it.
My daughter got one of these balloon skirts at a boutique store in NY called Joyce Leslie. Well, actually it reminds me more of a hootchie mama store LOL.
Anyway, the balloon dress looks really nice on her. I understand why 8 is the top size. This would NOT look good on big women.
